Consider your biases. Confront them.
Talk to people who are different than you; than are different than the people you usually talk to.
Reflect on your life experiences and how those experiences shape the way you see and judge things and people.
Initiate a conversation with someone whom you may have offended.
Expose yourself to different experiences.
See the world and the people in it as one huge library from which you can always learn.
Be an ally. Speak up when you think things are unfair or someone isn't being treated fairly.
Hold people and businesses accountable for diversity and inclusiveness.
Read. Watch movies. Listen to podcasts that broaden your world and perspective.
