fostering inclusion for all

What to expect + Next steps

1. Kick-off

To start our project, we need to schedule an initial conversation with the key constituents to discuss your organization’s structure, culture, concerns and goals.

2. introductory letter

To open the lines of communication and to begin building engagement and “buy-in”, I’d like for us to introduce our new mission of creating a more inclusive environment to the entire organization.

3. team kick-off

An introductory meeting or video call with the full team to introduce some key DEI concepts, to overview to overall effort, and to answer any questions.

4. surveys & interviews

During this next phase, I will conduct surveys and individual interviews across departments and teams to gather data and insights on hopes, concerns and goals.

5. Project Plan Development

During this phase we will develop organizational and departmental goals; and develop the plan to achieve those goals.

6. Training sessions

Then we move into scheduling and delivering our first round of training sessions.

it's time to have a conversation

Before we can have real, productive conversations, we first need to determine how you feel in your work environment and bring up topics you may not typically be comfortable discussing in the workplace. This anonymous survey is the first step in cultivating compassionate communication among one another.
